eir business talent is currently inviting applications for a Service Desk Engineer role with a well-established local company in Co. Cavan. The Role
As part of the Group IT Service Desk team, you will support end users, assist with device rollout and configuration and contribute to the delivery of key IT projects and service improvements.

What We are Looking For
Candidates should have experience or exposure in some of the following:

  • Active Directory account administration
  • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
  • O365 / M365 Administration
  • Windows Client and Server Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • AV and meeting room solutions support
  • Endpoint patching
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • ITIL processes
  • Service desk tools and ticketing systems

About You
We are looking for a driven and flexible individual who is eager to learn and develop in a supportive IT environment. This role is primarily office-based Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility required to support key business activities or critical support coverage when needed.
