Solar Solutions Sales Manager
Location: Dublin (Field-based / Partner & Customer-facing)

This high ‑impact programme spans a number of business-critical domains, including enterprise and carrier sales, strategic account management, IP and wireless network solutions, and next‑ ‑generation renewables technologies such as solar and battery storage.
This global leader in solar, energy storage, and digital power solutions is seeking an experienced Solar Solutions Sales Manager to support the growth of its solar and battery business in the Irish market.
This role outlined below is part of a strategic growth programme.
Role Overview
This role operates at the intersection of sales and technical pre-sales, working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to shape solutions, optimise system design, and support competitive project bids across residential, commercial, and industrial solar deployments.
The position plays a critical role in enabling customers to maximise technical performance, optimise system CAPEX, and accelerate deal conversion across solar inverter, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
Key Objectives
- Provide technical pre-sales support for solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions
- Lead technical workshops and pre-sales testing with customers and partners
- Optimise system layouts to reduce CAPEX and improve performance
- Support account managers during bid and tender processes
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with account managers and partners during project bidding
- Provide solution design, testing, and technical validation support
- Follow up issues arising during workshops, testing, or bidding activities
- Support partner-led sales and solution positioning in the Irish market
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- 3–5 years experience driving channel or solution sales within solar PV, inverters, battery storage, or EV charging
- Strong understanding of customer and partner engagement models
- Proven experience supporting technical workshops and solution-led sales
