Site Manager – Westmeath
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor
• Strong experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Third level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline, or trade background with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety legislation
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain programme delivery and site performance
• Strong focus on quality and safety standards
