Site Manager – Dublin

eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, and refurbishment projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving successful project delivery across all phases of construction.

Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years’ site management experience within construction
• Strong experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, or refurbishment projects
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality control, and site operations
• Experience coordinating finishing trades and sequencing works effectively
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong focus on quality, productivity, and delivery standards
• Ability to manage labour, plant, and site resources efficiently
