eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a ServiceNow Administrator.This is a Permanent position located in Dublin and work hybrid model(minimum 2-3 days a week onsite)
Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Administrator will manage, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform within the Supply Chain & Retail business. The role focuses on ITSM module administration, platform performance, user access and reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and enabling business KPIs. The candidate will work closely with architects, consultancy partners, and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, maintain CMDB, and support end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
- Manage user roles, groups, and access controls on the platform.
- Maintain platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches/upgrades.
- Support the implementation of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Assist with CMDB population and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scheduled data exports to support business operations and KPIs.
- Collaborate with architects and consultancy partners on platform enhancements and improvements.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures clearly for governance and knowledge sharing.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Monitor platform health, usage metrics, and system alerts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow configuration.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and basic scripting.
- Proficiency in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators.
- Familiarity with CMDB and asset management concepts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
