Senior Site Manager – Dublin
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, and educational projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations and overall project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
You will play a key role in leading site teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving performance across all aspects of project delivery.

Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience within the construction industry, with proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Strong background delivering medium to large-scale projects across sectors (health, pharma, commercial, education, retail)
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and site practices
• Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Experience with internal finishes, M&E, and fit-out works desirable
