eir business talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin 1. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week. 

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant with strong Power Platform capability to join a major enhancement initiative within a high‑profile public‑sector organisation. You will operate as the Dynamics/PowerApps SME embedded within the business team, collaborating closely with a BA and a wider engineering group of five developers/designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design and technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE enhancements
  • Gather, define, and translate business requirements; run workshops with stakeholders
  • Build and customise Dynamics CRM solutions, including PowerApps and related components
  • Deliver a more intuitive, user‑friendly CRM experience for business teams
  • Work across predominantly cloud-based environments with a small on‑premises footprint
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development and configuration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA, and engineering colleagues to drive continuous improvement

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps and the wider Power Platform
  • Proven experience delivering both design and build activities
  • Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end enhancements within complex environments

Desirable Skills

  • .NET and/or JavaScript development experience
  • Experience working on large-scale CRM enhancement or optimisation projects
  • Background in public‑sector, financial, or regulated environments

Project & Team Environment

  • Working as the dedicated CRM/PowerApps specialist within the business team
  • Collaboration with a BA and a wider group of 5 engineering staff
  • Focus on modernising CRM usability and increasing engagement across approx. 80 users
