eir Business Talent are currently inviting applications for a Senior Business Analyst Role.This is a 6 month rolling contract position. The role is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid working model(minimum 3 days a week onsite)
Role Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Business Analysis team.The successful candidate will work within Agile delivery teams on one or more projects at varying lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for producing and supporting delivery of:
- High-level and detailed requirements documentation (functional and non-functional)
- User stories and supporting analysis artefacts
- Process flow diagrams for As-Is and To-Be states
- Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Additional deliverables as required depending on initiative
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years’ recent Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience working on large, complex projects
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, and management
- Expertise in business process modelling and analysis
- Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups (including virtual/hybrid formats)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including handling challenging stakeholders
- Experience producing clear specifications using both:Agile methodologies and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile requirements tools (preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify project risks or roadblocks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within public sector environments
- Experience within the financial services sector
- Exposure to public procurement initiatives
