Overview

Our Dublin based client is looking for a SAP Test Manager/Test Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of automated testing initiatives across SAP systems.
  • Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Professional Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a test management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering testing programmes within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience implementing and managing automated testing solutions, ideally within SAP landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, testing resources, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
