Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, residential, and fit-out projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will play a key role in subcontractor procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and ensuring strong commercial performance across projects.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience with a building contractor
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual management within construction
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Strong IT and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
