Project Manager – Build Projects – Limerick / Mid-West
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager for major build long term projects in the Mid-West region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, and educational projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing projects from initial set-up through to handover, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes across all stages.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management with a Main Contractor preferred
• Strong experience delivering medium to large-scale projects across sectors (commercial, industrial, pharma, education, data centres)
• Experience with project planning software such as ASTA or MS Project
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and programme delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret contractual documentation and technical requirements
• Experience managing large teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Full driving licence
