Project Manager – FTTx / Fixed Line Infrastructure – Greater Dublin (Hybrid)

eir business are recruiting a Project Manager to lead the delivery of FTTx / Fixed Line infrastructure projects across the Greater Dublin Area.                      Hybrid role combining Site/Office & WFH.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-moving telecoms and engineering environment, delivering strategic rollout programmes while building strong stakeholder and customer relationships.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of BAU Fixed Line Department, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of FTTx projects with clearly defined scope, finances, timelines, and documentation.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer engagement, and ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.                      This role requires a proactive and commercially focused mindset, with the ability to manage both operational delivery and client relationships in a high-performance environment.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ Project Management experience in FTTx or telecoms rollout
Proven background in fixed line build programmes including civils, cabling and splicing
Strong customer-centric approach and stakeholder engagement
Excellent commercial awareness and financial reporting capability
Experience managing field teams and subcontractors
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Knowledge of QGIS or ArcGIS an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
