Project Manager
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver major construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and large-scale build projects across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will take full responsibility for leading the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing programme and commercial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• 5–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
• Proven track record delivering medium-to-large projects (€10m–€150m+)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, Irish building regulations, and BCAR
• Experience managing project programmes, sequencing, and site logistics
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost control, procurement, and contract management
• Proven ability to coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing site teams and driving performance
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong focus on quality, health & safety, and project delivery standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
