Overview

eir evo talent are currently inviting applications for a Project Management Support role. This is a initial 9-month contract rolling contract position.The role is based in Tullamore and operates on a hybrid working model(minimum 2 days a week onsite).

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme/Project Co-ordination: Support project and programme leads by coordinating timelines, milestones and reporting cycles.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain project plans, progress/ status reports, risk registers, issues log and governance records.
  • Reporting: Prepare status reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders; keep project details updated in the DEY portfolio management application.
  • Co-ordinate communications, meeting agendas and follow up actions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to organisational project management standards.
  • Financial Tracking: Support budget monitoring and procurement processes.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are tracked, escalated and reported accurately.
  • Ability to work autonomously with ownership of outcomes for key projects.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a project management, project coordination or project support role within a large organisation, operating in a structured project environment using agile and/or traditional delivery methods.
  • Certifications: Project Management certification(s) such as PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management Foundation.
