Our Dublin based client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme. The successful candidate will oversee programme governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities across Finance and Procurement functions. 

Oracle Fusion Programme Manager
Based : Dublin – Hybrid 
Duration : Fixed Term Contract – 2 years  
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion ERP programme.
  • Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT.
  • Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee key delivery activities including testing, integrations, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and business objectives.

Key Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Programme Management experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience leading or playing a senior role in a full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules and associated business processes.
  • Experience managing programme governance, budgets, risks, and executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage system integrators, Oracle partners, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/programme management certification preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications desirable.

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Dependant, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
