eir business talent are seeking applications for a Non-Functional Test Engineer, this is a long-term day rate contract in Dublin.

Role is hybrid 2 days per week onsite.

Requirements

  • Engage with third-party vendors to coordinate and oversee non-functional testing activities.
  • Review and analyse test reports from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to vendors to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain non-functional test strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define non-functional requirements and test objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for non-functional testing.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and status of non-functional testing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to non-functional testing.
  • Continuously improve non-functional testing processes and methodologies.
  • Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Non-Functional Testing Practice in the software industry.
  • Good understanding of Performance Testing concepts.
  • Strong hands-on experience in using a range of Non-Functional Testing Tools (Loadrunner, Gatling, K6 Jmeter etc).
  • Root cause analysis of the bottlenecks and issues encountered during the NFT test execution.
