Mechanical Site Supervisor – Dublin
eir business talent is currently partnering with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor for major long-term projects in the Dublin region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected company delivering large-scale fit-out, commercial, and industrial projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all on-site mechanical works, ensuring delivery across safety, quality, programme, and cost.
You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all mechanical installations are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor within large-scale Mechanical/HVAC fit-out, commercial, and industrial projects
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, chilled water, and mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme delivery
• Relevant engineering or construction qualifications desirable
• Full clean driving licence
