Junior Quantity Surveyor – Meath

eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading construction contractor to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Meath.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional to join a growing team and gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will play a key role in assisting with cost control, procurement, and reporting while developing your skills within a structured and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
  • 0–2 years’ experience (internship/placement experience advantageous)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying
  • Good understanding of construction processes and cost management principles
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
