Junior Health & Safety Officer – Dublin
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit a Graduate Health & Safety Officer for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, residential, industrial, and large-scale build projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will support site teams in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance across projects.
You will play a key role in assisting with site inspections, safety documentation, audits, and promoting a strong safety culture across all site operations.

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma qualified in Health & Safety or related discipline
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career within construction health & safety
• Good understanding of Irish health & safety legislation and site practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling desirable
• Full driving licence preferred
