eir business talent is currently partnering with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman (Carpentry) for major build, long-term projects in the Munster region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland and the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all finishing works on site, with a strong focus on carpentry and internal fit-out elements.
You will play a key role in ensuring all finishes are delivered to the highest standards across quality, safety, and programme.

Requirements
• Strong background in carpentry with proven experience as a Finishing Foreman
• Experience overseeing internal finishes on large-scale build projects
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish standards
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and finishing trades
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and programme targets
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
