Façade Manager – Dublin
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Façade Manager for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-density residential and commercial projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all façade-related activities from design coordination through to installation and handover.
You will play a key role in managing programme delivery, technical coordination, procurement, quality assurance, and interface management across façade packages.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Façade Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in façade systems, coordination, and installation processes
• Experience managing façade subcontractors and technical interfaces
• Strong understanding of BCAR processes, technical submittals, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing façade procurement, logistics, and programme delivery
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and construction sequencing
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
