eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, and fit-out projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will take responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a wide range of construction projects.
You will play a key role in analysing project documentation, managing supplier and subcontractor pricing, and supporting the successful delivery of profitable tenders.

Requirements
• 4-5 years experience in an Estimator role within construction
• Strong knowledge of pricing and tendering build projects
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, pharma, data centres, or fit-out desirable
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
• Experience sourcing and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT and reporting skills
