  • Act as the dedicated Customer Success Manager and primary point of contact for a major public sector client
  • Maintain a regular onsite presence in Cork, building strong, face‑to‑face senior stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services while identifying opportunities to grow scope, headcount and programmes
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to the client’s workforce and resourcing strategy
  • Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes
  • Provide clear communication, fast responses and a solutions‑focused approach
  • Advise clients on resourcing strategy, workforce planning and market trends
  • Support succession planning and future account ownership across the public sector portfolio
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and account documentation

What we’re looking for

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a clear preference for face‑to‑face engagement
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, growth‑focused mindset
  • Proven experience growing resourcing accounts within the public sector
  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable performing under pressure
  • Solutions‑focused, diligent and relationship‑driven
  • Comfortable embedding onsite and becoming part of a client environment
  • Ambitious, quick to learn, and motivated to develop into a top performer

Why join?

  • Full ownership of a high‑value public sector account
  • Significant onsite exposure during 2026, with a clear growth mandate
  • Opportunity to influence long‑term public sector strategy and succession planning
  • Clear progression path into senior strategic account management
