Contracts Manager – Dublin
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, pharma, healthcare, education, and large-scale build projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will play a key role in leading project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving performance across all aspects of project delivery.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• 8–10+ years’ experience in construction, with 3–5 years in a senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager role
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors (pharma, healthcare, education, commercial, retail)
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, building regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong experience in construction programming using MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and financial performance
• Experience working with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Full clean driving licence
