OT/IT Integration Engineer

eir business is expanding its network of OT / IT Integration Engineers to support major infrastructure and operational technology programmes across Ireland.
This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between traditional IT environments and operational technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate OT systems with enterprise IT platforms
  • Support secure data exchange between operational and business systems
  • Design and maintain network architectures across IT and OT environments
  • Assist with telemetry, historian and remote monitoring deployments
  • Support system upgrades, migrations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure and operations teams

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working across both IT and OT environments
  • Understanding of SCADA, PLC, telemetry or industrial control systems
  • Networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, firewalls and remote connectivity
  • Experience supporting system integration projects
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of ISA-95, IEC 62443 or similar frameworks
  • Utilities, transport, manufacturing or energy sector experience
  • Exposure to cloud, data integration and cybersecurity technologies
