Overview
eir business talent is seeking an experienced Test Analyst for a long‑term contract role operating on a hybrid model 2 days a week onsite in Dublin 1.
Minimum of five years’ experience in software testing, with exposure to both legacy and modern technologies. Strong background across medium and large‑scale projects. Solid experience in security testing for public‑facing web applications. Proven track record in validating enterprise‑level software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional, integration, system, and UAT testing
- Experience developing, managing, and executing automated and manual test cases and test scenarios
- Test planning, co-ordination, and execution
- Identify, Log, track, and manage defects and test outcomes through Azure DevOps, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
- Validate that apprenticeship system changes meet business requirements
- Support regression testing and release validation
- Contribute to test documentation and test process improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in Test Data management
- Experience writing Playwright automated tests
- Experience using Azure DevOps for automated/manual test creation, management and execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with development teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate defects, risks, and quality concerns to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working with development teams in agile environments
- SQL knowledge – ability to run common queries and update data
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Dependant, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
