eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to recruit an experienced Senior Commissioning & Qualification Project Lead for a major project.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile expansion programme within a GMP-regulated environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Director, you will take responsibility for developing and leading the Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) strategy and execution across the project lifecycle.
You will play a key role as the client representative, ensuring all commissioning and qualification activities are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with quality and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience delivering commissioning & qualification on large-scale pharmaceutical projects
• Strong experience in GMP regulated environments and validation lifecycle
• Proven track record leading CQV phases across cleanrooms, HVAC, MEP, utilities, and process equipment
• Experience managing commissioning partners, contractors, and internal CQV teams
• Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, and risk-based verification methodologies
• Experience coordinating across design, construction, CQV, and operations teams
• Proven experience managing system turnover from mechanical completion through to PQ and handover
• Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, CSV fundamentals, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
