Site Engineer (Precast) – Tullamore
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading precast concrete manufacturer to recruit an experienced Site Engineer for their operations based in Tullamore.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing company delivering high-quality precast solutions to major civil, utility, and construction projects nationwide.
The Role
Reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, setting out, and quality control of precast concrete installations across multiple projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer (precast or concrete experience preferred)
• Strong experience in setting out using Total Stations / GPS equipment
• Experience working with precast elements and installation sequencing
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and QA/QC processes
• Proven ability to liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and design/production teams
• Strong focus on quality control and health & safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities
