The role:
eir business talent are looking for a Junior Business Account Manager in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos. As a Small Business Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth within your territory by identifying fresh opportunities, winning new customers, and expanding our portfolio.
This is a highly dynamic field role where you’ll execute strategic sales roadmaps, follow structured daily prospecting plans, and carry out targeted road trips to maintain strong market visibility and a healthy pipeline.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with small business owners, understand their needs, and deliver tailored telecom solutions that create real value. Your Responsibilities:
• Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new customers
• Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily/weekly field plans, ensuring maximum territory coverage
• Plan and perform regular roadtrips and on-site visits to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals
• Promote and sell the full portfolio of company products and services to both new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored telecom solutions aligned with business requirements
• Ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into sales
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer experience during all sales interactions
• Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports, pipeline status, and action plans

Your Profile:

• University Degree in a related field (Business or Marketing will be considered an advantage)
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition roles will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong hunter mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Ability to plan and execute structured field activity (roadmaps & roadtrips)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in telecom solutions
• Highly organized, resilient, and target-oriented professional
• Clean driving license (company car provided)
• Fluent in Greek and English
