Overview
eir business talent are currently recruiting for a IT Security Compliance Manager for our client in Dublin and work a hybrid model. This is a 24-month contract Role This contractor role supports the Risk, Compliance & Resilience function within the Enterprise Cybersecurity practice, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk, Compliance and Resilience. The role temporarily backfills the Manager of GRC and is responsible for stabilizing, operating, and maturing the global IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mature the global IT Security GRC program, ensuring consistent and effective governance
- Oversee BAU compliance operations, maintaining a strong and consistent control environment
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements including:
- NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, CMMC
- ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX
- SOX, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks
- Lead and coordinate audit cycles, compliance reporting, and risk management processes
- Manage and guide a global team, ensuring effective delivery of GRC activities
- Oversee and monitor performance of the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)
- Drive improvements in Analytics & Data (A&D) maturity, including:
- Data quality
- Governance reporting
- Automation of compliance and reporting processes
- Ensure coordinated progress across global compliance, risk, and security initiatives
