eir evo talent is currently seeking applicants for a Business Analyst (Senior). This is a hybrid contract position located with our client in Dublin.
 
Senior Business Analyst
 
Location : Dublin – Hybrid Working  – 3 days remote/2 days onsite
Duration : 12+ months + further extension
 
 The Role. 

  • Leads the review and analysis of the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements and digital transformation. 
  • Provides clear and intuitive documentation when defining existing and future business processes ad ensure documentation is stored in a logical manner.
  • Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs. 
  • Conducts feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models of current business processes (as-is) and the future state (to-be). 
  • Prepares detailed specifications and oversees development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders. 
  • Liaises with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change. 
  • Provide regular updates to management, project boards and stakeholder

 
Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can engage with business units and elicit information and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes. 
  • Has experience working with business analysis tools to define as-is and to-be business processes using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) (e.g. Microsoft Visio or equivalent) 
  • Has experience analysing current business processes and identifying key technological efficiencies. 
  • Has experience working in a technical environment on diverse project teams alongside, developers, database architects, project managers, business units etc.
  • Has excellent presentation skills and can present to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

 
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
